DT Block extension 29.06.2020

A hum of building work has been taking place for most of lockdown, aside a short few weeks when the supply of building materials proved tricky! Hidden from general view, the extension will be behind the DT block, with a classroom above, and is well under-way to be finished and ready for the beginning of term in September.

This new extension will incorporate a design studio that will support computer aided design (CAD) with new computers linking through to our laser printer and 3D printer.  Children will also be able to enjoy working with new equipment and tools in the DT room.  An additional classroom, above the extension next to Art, provides additional space for future provision.

We are delighted that work has managed to progress through lockdown and that we are still on schedule!
